What do we offer?
We can support you through a complete corporate carbon footprint, starting with mapping out your business and helping you set your organisational boundary. Through this process we will help you identify minimum data requirements, key stakeholders, drivers and ambition levels. We support the data gathering process by providing templates and guidance. Quality checks are provided throughout the process. We can produce full corporate greenhouse gas emissions reports in line with the GHG Protocol and provide hotspot deep dives to identify areas for improvement. We can also produce SECR reports and support with CDP reporting.

Net-zero Strategy and Transition Plans

Implementation/transition plans are one of the most important elements of net zero because they involve actually taking action and reducing your organisation’s GHG emissions. They involve understanding who within your organisation is responsible for each action and how your business is going to enable them to implement these, leading to emission reductions.
Not only are they a key determiner of net zero strategy success but they are also now required for many businesses globally under legislation and globally recognised frameworks, including the the proposed new B Corp standards. Not having a credible net zero plan also opens your business up to the risk of greenwashing, an area under increasingly scrutiny.
How is our approach different?
We prioritise good internal engagement and capacity building throughout the process alongside working with a carefully chosen carbon data platform, Carbon+Alt+Delete, to capture and assess data, allowing consistent and reliable footprint reports that can be tracked over time.
We work with you to develop data-driven operational reduction plans so that every recommendation is bespoke and actionable, not generic or unachievable. Reduction targets will always be in line with the science and, where appropriate, we will support you through their validation by the Science Based Targets Initiative.
We support our clients to actually deliver on their net zero targets through the implementation of their transition plans. This ranges from coaching to acting as a critical friend, climate education and cultural change programmes.
We also act as a critical partner to ensure GHG emissions aren’t the only area you look at.
