Our Climate Fresk facilitators can help your team understand the climate crisis and inspire actionable change in your business culture.
Climate Fresk sessions can be carried out online or in person with one of our trained facilitators. They are for those organisations that have identified an increased need for climate education and are a successful way to increase engagement across the whole organisation. They can be carried out with both delivery and leadership teams to instil understanding, inspiration and change.
The first part of the sessions are gamified to make them as engaging as possible. Drawing on the collective intelligence of the team, you will have to re-create the story of the climate crisis, going back to the scientific basis. The second part of the session can be tailored to your needs, but will be focussed on using the learnings and emotions from the game to create action and change within your organisation.
