Our purpose is to support values-aligned businesses and investors to improve impact and build sustainable value & resilience across the triple bottom line.
Everything we do is led by our two core values:
We believe that good business should be seen as a series of inter-dependencies between stakeholders in the value chain. Like all good relationships, those can only thrive in an environment of trust and openness. Too often, business (rightly or wrongly) is tarred by the notion that to achieve greatness and value it’s necessary to cut corners, deceive or take liberties with the truth.
We stand by the belief that true long term value in a business is built when it acts with integrity in all its actions.
Based on the facts we know today, it is clear that we face a climate emergency and near-term threat of ecological breakdown.
We also believe that solutions to these threats exist and that it’s possible to operate an economic system where people, planet and profit can all co-exist and thrive. But in order to unlock these opportunities, we need urgently to reconsider business models and operating systems in the context of those threats.
We subscribe wholeheartedly to the concept of the Circular Economy, which proposes a different way of valuing and treating limited planetary resources. By running our businesses in a way that restores and replenishes resource value, there is no limit on our value growth potential whilst also improving our planet rather than diminishing it.
