Our purpose is to help businesses and investors accelerate their transition to net positive impact.
Everything we do is led by our two core values: Impact and Integrity.
We believe that it’s possible to operate an economic system where people, planet and profit can all co-exist and thrive.
We believe that solutions exist to the Climate Emergency and many other social and environmental threats the planet faces.
Being part of these solutions is what drives us every day and is the context for all our work.
We subscribe wholeheartedly to the concept of the Circular Economy, which proposes a different way of valuing and treating limited planetary resources. By running our businesses in a way that restores and replenishes resource value, there is no limit on our value growth potential whilst also improving our planet rather than diminishing it.
You can find our own Social & Environmental Impact Policy here.
We believe that good business should be seen as a series of inter-dependencies between stakeholders in the value chain. Like all good relationships, those can only thrive in an environment of trust and openness. Too often, business (rightly or wrongly) is tarred by the notion that to achieve greatness and value it’s necessary to cut corners, deceive or take liberties with the truth.
We stand by the belief that true long term value in a business is built when it acts with integrity in all its actions.
We’re a B Corp TM
We’re immensely proud to have become a Certified B Corporation® on 15th August 2017 (our B Corp Birthday!).
B Corporations are leaders of the global movement of people using business as a force for good.

B Corps aim to inspire all businesses to compete not only to be the best in the world, but to be the best for the world. We became a Certified B Corporations by demonstrating high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability.
The performance standards B Corps have to meet are comprehensive, transparent and verified. They measure a company’s impact on all its stakeholders (e.g. workers, suppliers, community, customers and the environment).
Unlike traditional corporations, the directors of Certified B Corporations are legally required to consider the impact of their decisions not only on their shareholders, but also on their stakeholders (e.g., workers, suppliers, community, consumers, and the environment).
Other B Corps in the UK include the Guardian, innocent, Pukka Herbs, Ella’s Kitchen, Cook, Divine Chocolate and Jojo Maman Bebe.
